Ways to Spread Light and Love

 

There are many things you can do to spread light and love to those in your orbit. Here are a few suggestions:

• Let someone in front of you in traffic
• Open the door for a stranger
• Smile at a person in passing
• Buy the coffee of the person behind you in the drive-thru
• Allow a stranger to go in front of you in the grocery line
• Leave a server a larger tip than usual
• Offer a sincere compliment
• Send a card to a family member or friend
• Stop to let a pedestrian cross the street or parking lot
• Give a necessity to someone who is homeless
• Volunteer or give to a charity
• Reserve judgment of those who look or act differently than what you're used to

There are so many ways to show love in our world, especially in a time that feels and seems so chaotic.
